Edit: I didn't like the background for the picture so I decided to fix it/ make a new one. For those that remember the old background I am sorry, for those that don't, well then just enjoy the new picture! I got an awesome tutorial for the stary night sky here [link]
Also... full view please. This is Payge Rokios, a redesign of Payge the Night Sentinel [link] I got the urge finally to redraw her in my new style. I found a coloring tutorial that was really helpful and made the job quick. I decided to use a mixture of Photoshop and Painter X for this picture. Let me know what you think! Pencil/Graphire tablet/Photoshop CS3/ and Painter X - Total time: 7 hours |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. As far as one area of constructive critique, I think one thing you could have done to punch up the clouds is to have illuminated the clouds closest to the moon and darkened the ones further away a bit more (looks like you did it some but it could use going to the next level). That bit of differing lighting would add nice interest. And of course if you weren't looking for critique, feel free to tell me to go to hell ^.^

By way of 'critique' or whatever, I do think her legs are....pretty big. I'm all for the idea of a curvy lady, hah, but it does seem to me like a bit much. o:
